2. Service Description
reGOTCHA provides an API service for solving reCAPTCHA v3 and reCAPTCHA Enterprise challenges. Our service is designed to help developers automate testing and legitimate use cases where CAPTCHA solving is required.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include:
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
- Scraping or harvesting data without authorization
- Creating fake accounts or engaging in fraud
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with or disrupting our services
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Do not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payment and Credits
Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed for each successful CAPTCHA solve. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are subject to change with notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
reGOTCHA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
